This is where an inner journey began, filled with insights, symbols, and unexpected connections.

Why take a closer look at these paintings?

The works in this series invite a different way of looking — not simply seeing, but feeling. Color and movement.

At the heart of the candle is a flame. A flame that speaks: not merely a source of physical light, but a fire that embodies courage.

The courage of these figures tells a story of following a particular path, remaining faithful to an inner truth, and connecting with the light.

More than simply beautiful depictions of figures seeking to speak to us, these works invite us to remember. They remind us that a light burns within us, too - a light of purpose, vision, and inner truth.

The figures embody the spirit of the nation’s heroes - not necessarily recognizable historical individuals, but a collective energy of purpose, courage, and fidelity to inner truth, rooted in a connection with the light. Messages from an abstract realm are conveyed through the language of art: color, movement, and material.

With a little curiosity and openness, you may discover something in these works that resonates with you, too.

One simple moment opened the door to an entire world.

This is how the “Message from the Candle” series came to life.

As I quietly watched a candle burning in my home, figures and images began to emerge - sometimes distinct, sometimes elusive.
